The Paddlefish is a large, Jurassic Age, cartilaginous fish that has been able to survive to present day because of its specialized feeding habits and behavior. Since Paddlefish do not take bait, the most popular fishing method for catching them is snagging. The Paddlfish is also known as the Spoonbill.
